By downloading, installing, or using the WhatGDT mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
The App offers an auto renewing subscription service. By subscribing to this service, you agree to pay the specified fees and authorize WhatGDT to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the beginning of each subscription period, until you cancel your subscription. The subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least [insert number of days] before the end of the current subscription period. To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions provided within the App or contact our customer support.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WhatGDT and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied. WhatGDT does not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or current. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
In no event shall WhatGDT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after any revisions or modifications to the Terms, you agree to be bound by the revised or modified Terms.
